- The Schalk Mühle is a small family business with a long tradition. For generations, the company has valued strengthening regional, sustainable production and preserving traditional production methods. We process regional raw materials use minimal transportation routes.
- In our traditional oil factory, a roasting pan is heated over a wood fire, not fossil fuels. Our oil pressers have years of experience that guarantee that through the roasting and the pressing of the pumpkin seeds, a top quality oil is produced.
