Ubiquinol is a reduced form of coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) and shares responsibility for many essential processes in the body. The bioactive ubiquinol in the coenzyme Q10 softgel capsules by Solgar® is extracted from olive oil. Suitable for ages 30 years & up.

Recommended dose:
Take 1 softgel capsule daily with a meal.
