Description
Coconut blossom sugar is obtained from the nectar of the coconut palm. Farmers climb coconut trees and collect the coconut nectar in vessels. This they heat the nectar in kettles over the fire and it becomes granulated. Coconut blossom sugar is not only the most sustainable sugar but also stands out for its low glycemic index and its unique caramel taste.
Coconut blossom sugar has a grainy consistency and caramel-brown appearance that matches its unique caramel flavour. The warm sweetness is underscored by toasty scents.
