Description
Give your food a refreshingly cool flavour with this organic peppermint essential oil. This is thanks to the high menthol content in the oil which lends it a delightfully refreshing aroma and taste. The essential oil adds a wonderful flavour to oriental dishes and desserts.
Tips on how to use:
- Mix the essential spice oil with a carrier first. (e.g. any kind of fat or oil, cream, sour cream, egg yolk, mayonnaise, vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice, syrups, honey, sugar, salt, alcohol)
- Then mix it with the remaining ingredients
- 1 drop of spice oil is enough to flavour 250-500 ml of liquid, batter or dough.
