Description
What would custard and rice pudding be without vanilla? The creamy and sweet aroma with hints of liquorice is used in Western cooking almost exclusively for sweet dairy-based food. Don't enjoy milk? Add vanilla to sliced fruit and then roasted in the oven with a little butter instead.
It is immediately evident that this is real vanilla. The taste is so impressive as is its scent. The vanilla spiciness unfolds and brings with it the wonderfully sweet and creamy vanilla pleasure and enjoyment.
Tips & Preparation:
The creamy, sweet flavour is used in Western countries almost exclusively for sweet dairy-based dishes. In other countries, vanilla is also used for salty or spicy dishes. The strong flavour goes well with spicy Mexican bean dishes, chicken and scallops. A hint of vanilla is also recommended for green curry.
