The aroma is similar to that of garlic however, it is milder and less tangy than garlic, while having subtle chive notes. The spicy flavor of wild garlic corresponds to a mild potpourri of garlic and chives. Its distinct flavor is what has it named " Spring Garlic".

Wild garlic refines vegetables, potato dishes and salads and has a flavor that is reminiscent of the springtime. With its spicy hint of garlic, wild garlic is also often be used independently. Pestos, spreads and soups benefit from its distinct flavor.
