Description

The smoked tofu by Taifun is made using a gentle friction smoking process. The relatively low temperature generates the least amount of hazardous substances. It can be enjoyed both warm and cold.

This smoked tofu variant is flavoured with roasted almonds and sesame seeds, which makes it filling and deliciously crunchy.

Tip: Serve cold on slices of bread or cut into pieces and add to salads. To enjoy warm, sauté briefly in a little hot oil and serve with vegetables, rice or pasta.
