This rare cocoa variety stands out for its intense, aromatic cocoa flavour, so only a small amount is needed for desserts, ice cream, chocolate creations or smoothies. To make the cocoa mass, the shelled and broken cocoa beans are gently ground at low temperatures and pressed into shape. The result is a high-quality natural product in raw food quality.
