The Hericium mushroom (Hericium erinaceus), also called lion's mane or hedgehog beard, comes from traditional Chinese herbalism and has a wealth of positive properties. The whole fruiting body of the mushroom is used for the Hericium Bio capsules from Terra Elements. This is gently dried and then ground. The product only contains the Hericium mushroom. Does not contain fillers, carriers or auxiliaries, or artificial preservatives, colours, sweeteners or flavourings.
Consumption recommendation:
