Organic Triphala Powder

Triphala means "three fruits" and is composed of these fruits:

  • Amalaki
  • Haritaki
  • Bibhitaki

They belong to the genus Myrobalan.

The Triphala is one of the best known herbal blends in Indian Ayurveda. It is a particularly valuable Rasayana.

  • Ayurvedic spice mix
  • Harmonizes all three doshas
  • Gently ground organic fruits

Tips:

  • The Triphala is traditionally drunk as a tea
  • However, it can also be stirred into a glass of water
  • It tastes just as delicious when sprinkled over food

Preparation as tea:

  • Pour boiling water over 1 level teaspoon per cup and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
