Thanks to the 20 mm pile height, this yoga mat has excellent insulating properties and is extra soft and pleasant to the touch. Cold and hard floors are not an obstacle anymore. In addition, the underside is coated with PU foam, which means that the grip is significantly stronger than most conventional yoga mats. So don't be afraid of demanding yoga exercises. Compared to the Professional Yoga Mat, this mat is 15% lighter.
