I really like this salt. A few grains on the tongue are highly reminiscent of freshly peeled eggs. I'm pretty sure I'm getting this flavour from Hydrogen Sulfide, one of its constituents. Tiny amounts are good for flavouring. I also read that Sulphur in small quantities is good for you, and this is certainly a pleasant way to take care of that.
