The Guduchi (Tinospora Cordifolia)

  • is a perennial climber with heart-shaped leaves and small yellow flowers whose trunk forms many drooping tentacles (aerial roots).
  • In the Ayurvedic diet strain, root, juice and leaves are used.

Recommended use:

  • Take 3 x 5 tablets with hot water.

Note:

  • In small quantities, the certified organic Ayurvedic natural products contain rice flour, gum arabic (gum acacia resin), carnauba wax (leaf wax from the carnauba palm) and jaggery are used to give the tablets the necessary firmness.
