Description
Made from unroasted walnuts. The product contains vegetable protein and about 18% dietary fibre. Ideal for pastries and biscuits. It also be used for sauces and desserts.
Tip:
- When baking, 10-20% of the flour can be replaced with walnut flour. Since it has a very good swelling capacity, just adjust the amount of liquid in the recipe accordingly!
