Description
Take a little break with this traditional Shoti Maa recipe, made without black tea and therefore suitable to enjoy at any time of day. The blend features an especially high 53% cinnamon content, which, together with 15% ginger and 4% cardamom, creates a comforting warmth. Notes of cloves, black pepper and turmeric add the chai’s characteristic depth, while a hint of rose petals and raspberry leaves gently rounds off the flavour. This mix invites you to leave the hustle and bustle behind, gather your thoughts and consciously savour moments of harmony and balance.
Preparation:
Pour 100°C water over the teabag and allow the spices to infuse well.
