Ayurveda Ziehgold - Shakti by Himalaya's Dreams is a mouth pulling oil that contains the following ingredients:
- Organic sesame oil
- Organic sunflower oil
- Organic coconut oil
- Turmeric oil
- Ginger
- Tiger grass extract
- Fennel
- Eucalyptus oil
Complement your daily oral hygiene practices with this natural formulation and make oil pulling a part of your morning routine. Also suitable as a treatment over a period of 3 weeks.
How to use:
- Put 1 tablespoon of oil in your mouth and pull through your teeth and gargle for 5-10 minutes.
- The oil changes colour and becomes whitish and thin.
- After use, spit on a cloth and dispose of in the trash.
- Do it after getting up in the morning.
- Afterwards, scrape your tongue, brush your teeth and rinse your mouth with a glass of water.
